Beau Haddock is the founder and Principal Finance Broker of BleuHaven Finance.
Principal Finance Broker
A born and bred local of the Mornington Peninsula, Beau has spent more than a decade helping clients navigate lending in Australia and Europe. His career has taken him from one of Australia’s largest banks to a major international bank based in France, working with clients across multiple countries, tax systems and lending frameworks.
That experience taught Beau that good lending starts long before an application is submitted. It starts by understanding your story, recognising what makes your circumstances unique, and then advocating for you with the lenders best placed to help.
Today, Beau specialises in residential, commercial and business lending, helping everyone from first home buyers to business owners and property investors with more complex lending needs.
Why BleuHaven exists
BleuHaven Finance was built on a simple belief. Finance should be a long-term relationship, not a series of transactions.
The same pattern kept repeating. A business owner spends years building a relationship with someone who genuinely understands how their business earns, what it owns and where it is heading. Then that person moves on, and the client is left working out who now manages their banking, explaining everything again from the beginning.
For clients with several properties, business facilities, trusts and companies, starting over is an expensive way to lose ground. BleuHaven exists to be the point of contact that does not change.
Outside the Office
When he’s not helping clients, Beau is at home on the Mornington Peninsula with his wife and two children.
A lifelong football and soccer fan, most weekends are spent on the sidelines cheering on the kids — or driving them from one sporting club to the next.
