We will acknowledge your complaint as soon as practicable and aim to resolve most matters within five business days. If additional investigation is required, we'll keep you informed and advise you of expected timeframes.

If we cannot resolve your concern directly, or you are not satisfied with our response, the matter may be escalated to our licensee, BLSSA Pty Ltd, under its Internal Dispute Resolution process.
